The major shareholder and CEO, who founded Fairful Investments in 2007 and has been working to grow the business to greater heights both in crop production and animal husbandry. He currently employs 20 permanent staff members and 139 casual workers.

Natasha is a Business Development and Operations professional with 7 years of experience, focusing on strategic management in the healthcare and agribusiness industries in Zimbabwe. Natasha is skilled in the development of technological systems and overseeing operations and marketing of the brand and products and is particularly interested in the implementation of technology in healthcare service provision. She is also experienced in recruitment, human resource management and effective labour law implementation and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Technology Honours degree from the Catholic University in Zimbabwe, a professional certification in Labour Law, Arbitration and Conciliation and a Bachelor of Philosophy Honours in Marketing Management from the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) South Africa.

Ezekiel leads the day-to-day financial operations of the business. His role is to ensure that all financial systems and operations function effectively, to meet the Fairful Investments goals. He has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
