A co-founder and Managing Director of @Connect Global Solutions [Pvt] Limited a Call Centre registered in Zimbabwe. She holds a MSc in Marketing degree from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and a MBA from Nottingham Trent University. She became an entrepreneur in 2018, with an inspired desire to see service excellence for many established and upcoming organisations.

Faith is a specialist in commercial (sales and marketing) strategic planning. Fifteen years of her experience was gained in an ever-changing aviation industry in East and Sothern Africa. Spending most of her time managing the operations of legacy carrier – British Airways based in Uganda and returned to Zimbabwe to join the fast-paced low-cost carrier environment with fastjet.

Having kicked-off her carrier in the advertising industry, she consulted with many blue-chip institutions and has a full appreciation of transforming and positioning a brand into a progressive.
