Independent Non-Executive DirectorTawanda is a co-founder and the firm’s Managing Partner at CZ Attorney’s and has eight years’ experience in practice. He graduated top of his class with an LLB (Hons) degree from the law school at the Midlands State University in Gweru, Zimbabwe, which he supplemented with several certificates in Human Rights Education which he obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, as part of an international human rights exchange program.
The thrust of Tawanda’s practice centres around dispute resolution, offering top of the range specialist litigation services in the Magistrates, High, Supreme and Constitutional Courts of Zimbabwe. Tawanda also has experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation, founded on his certificate obtained from the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Illinois, United States of America. Tawanda has taken a keen inclination towards corporate and commercial advisory work, helping clients to avoid the pitfalls that he has observed in the course of litigating and assisting them to create solid agreements that do not leave them exposed.
Tawanda brings to the board his legal knowledge and practical experience in critical issues pertaining to company law as well as compliance and regulatory affairs.
